It’s all about YOU! Research shows that fat burn rate varies throughout the day and from person to person. Measure at least 3 times a day to capture your personal fat burn trends.

If your goal is weight loss, measure 3 times per day before meals to capture a complete picture of the full-day ketone exposure.

Tracking to improve performance? Measure one hour before and after meals and activities to determine the effects of your choices on your ACEs levels. Remember that it can take several hours for the effects of your meal or activity to be reflected in your ACEs level.

Are you an intermittent faster? Measure at the beginning and end of your fast to understand the effects of the fasting duration and pre-fast meals on your ketone levels.

For accurate readings, measure one hour after:



Drinking Sodas/Flavored Waters

Drinking Alcohol

Using Toothpaste/Mouthwash

Using Breath Mints/Chewing Gum

Remember: For best results, make sure your environment is clear of any solvents or aromatics.

This includes household cleaners, sanitizers, perfumes or colognes, nail polish remover, etc.

Drinking Water and Coffee (no sugar and/or cream) Are Ok!
